Each chapter of my life required me to let go of outdated versions of myself, so I could step into the next level of my truth, purpose, and potential — from coming out in my teens, to rebuilding my life after addiction and burnout in my 20s, to claiming my calling as a coach and navigating the many deaths and rebirths of entrepreneurship.
My lived experience of navigating these transitions – combined with my training as a certified life, business, and meditation coach – helps me powerfully guide clients through the fog of overthinking, fear, and misalignment, so they can build a life or business that feels true to them.

BORN FOR THIS is a virtual 1-on-1 coaching program designed to reconnect you to your creative power and higher purpose, so you can create a life or business you feel proud of.

1. re-connect: Discovering Your Purpose Blueprint
Initially, we explore what makes you YOU: Your core values, gifts, skills, Why, and the impact you want to make. This allows us to identify what aspects of your life/career/biz might currently be out of alignment, and what’s needed for you to close the gap.
2. Re-Imagine: Exploring Your Purposeful Possibilities
Based on your Purpose Blueprint, we explore aligned ideas and possibilities for your next chapter, incl. ideas for creative projects, businesses, and/or career paths that feel truly exciting to you. We then evaluate and prioritize your ideas, so that you feel clear on which ones to pursue right now (if you already have lots of ideas, we might dive into this straight away).
3. Re-Align: Taking Inspired Action!
I help you identify and take aligned action toward your goals and the soul-aligned life/career/biz that’s calling you. This will be ongoing work during our time together and include belief work, where I help you identify and shift unconscious belief blocks, so that you don’t get stuck in procrastination and self-doubt.

+6 years of work experience as a research manager in market research and the sustainability sector.
However, my most extensive “training” has always come from life itself. Whether it’s been getting to the other side of career confusion, overcoming addiction, starting my own business, navigating the entrepreneurial journey, or coming out in my teens – these and other experiences have taught me invaluable lessons that shape me as a coach and help me powerfully support my clients.
As a certified life, business, and meditation coach, I work with you in a grounded and holistic way, combining my own lived experience with a wide range of tools and modalities that have made a profound impact on my own healing and personal growth journey. These tools are informed by disciplines like positive psychology, nervous system regulation, inner child work, parts work, mindfulness, and neuroscience.
I fully believe that we all carry within ourselves the answers to our questions. That’s why I honor each of my clients as a unique, creative, and extraordinary human in charge of moving their own life forward. My role as a coach is simply to support you in reconnecting to your truth and power, so you can create a life or business that feels true to you.

My vision is for each of us to be so deeply connected to ourselves that we realize our inherent connection with each other, and thus begin to transcend the illusion of separation that is at the root of all suffering and destruction today.
My mission is to foster this connection by helping people reconnect to their creative power, so they can build a life that reflects their authentic self and allows them to use their unique gifts in service to humanity and the planet.
