Free Meditation Gatherings
Rest & Recharge
I run regular free meditation gathering for beginners (but all levels are welcome!). This is a space for us to come together, tune in to ourselves, and consciously recharge. I’ll guide you through a meditation using different mindfulness techniques (no previous knowledge necessary) that help you become more present and grounded. Sessions take place via Zoom and typically last about 30 minutes (sometimes I add 15 minutes for Q&A). If you are interested, please register below.
