I’m a certified life, meditation, and business coach helping you move from stuckness and overthinking into clear, aligned action, so you can create a life or business that feels on purpose.

For much of my life, I was on a quest to find my purpose – until I realized that purpose isn’t something we discover “out there.” It’s something we create by following our truth – one step at a time.

Each chapter of my life required me to let go of outdated versions of myself, so I could step into the next level of my truth, purpose, and potential — from coming out in my teens, to rebuilding my life after addiction and burnout in my 20s, to claiming my calling as a coach and navigating the many deaths and rebirths of entrepreneurship.

My lived experience of navigating these transitions – combined with my training as a certified life, business, and meditation coach – helps me powerfully guide clients through the fog of overthinking, fear, and misalignment, so they can build a life or business that feels true to them.

My coaching approach combines a wide range of tools and modalities informed by disciplines like positive psychology, nervous system regulation, inner child work, parts work, and neuroscience to help you create transformational results in your life.
